Questions About The Method
Twenty players. One system. Everything below is what people ask us before they apply.
What exactly is The Method?
It is a full year performance membership built on one operating system: Assess › Prioritize › Execute › Measure. You get a complete picture of your game, a ranked list of what is actually holding you back, a plan to fix it, and hard data proving whether it worked. Not a lesson package. A program.
Why is it capped at 20 players?
Because the coaching staff reviews your data between sessions, not just during them. Three coaches can carry twenty players at that depth. One more than that and somebody loses attention. The cap is the product.
Why do I have to apply?
The application is not a filter for talent. It is a filter for fit. We are looking at your goals, your calendar, and how much work you are willing to do away from the studio. If those three do not line up, the membership will not work no matter how well you strike it.
Who is this NOT for?
Golfers who want a quick fix the week before a club tournament. Golfers who cannot commit to consistent work between sessions. Golfers looking for the cheapest lesson in Charlotte. All three are legitimate. We will point you to the right Velocity program instead.
Do I need to be a low handicap?
No. The Method scales to the player. We have built plans for competitive juniors chasing college rosters and for everyday players who simply want to stop leaking the same five shots a round. What matters is that you have a clear goal and the runway to chase it.
Why is there no set number of sessions?
Because a fixed package forces your game to fit the package. The Method works the other way. Your assessment sets the priorities, and your coaches prescribe what the plan calls for from there. Some months that is heavy technical work. Some months it is physical. Some months it is tournament preparation and almost no swing changes at all.
Everything below is on the table. Your coaches decide what you use and when, and your numbers tell them whether they got it right.
What The Plan Can Call For
›
Individual swing coaching and video analysis
›
TPI assessment and physical performance sessions
›
Guided practice and skill development sessions
›
TrackMan performance analysis, and coaching on how to read it
›
GEARS 3D motion capture when appropriate
›
Round and tournament preparation
›
Personalized development priorities
›
Ongoing progress measurement
›
Direct communication across your coaching team
Who will I actually work with?
All three. Your assessment determines who leads.
›
David Sanchez
· Head Golf Performance Coach. Technical rebuilds, competitive players, the mental side.
›
Lee Barber
· Golf Fitness Specialist. If your body is the limiter, he is your lead.
›
Jerrod Gervasi
· Golf Performance Coach. Club and ball data analysis, productive practice and game management.
What technology is involved?
GEARS 3D biomechanics, which no other studio in Charlotte has, plus Trackman 4 for ball and club data and Hackmotion for putting mechanics. The point is not the hardware. It is that we can prove what changed instead of guessing.
How do you measure whether it is working?
Your baseline assessment sets the numbers. Every month we measure the same markers again and put them side by side. You will see progress in data, translated to you by the coaching team.
What if I travel, or miss a month?
Tell your coach before you go. They will give you a plan you can run while you are away, built around what you will actually have access to, whether that is a hotel gym, a range, or nothing but a room and a club. When you get back, the work picks up where it left off.
Billing continues while you are away. Your coaches are still building your plan, reviewing your numbers, and staying in contact with you whether you are in the studio or not.
What does it cost?
The founding rate is $995 per month for the first ten members accepted, held for as long as you stay. The remaining ten seats are $1,195 per month.
The founding rate holds for as long as your membership stays active. If it ends, the founding rate ends with it, and rejoining later means rejoining at the current rate. That is the only reason to move early.
How long is the commitment?
The minimum financial commitment is three months billed on the first. From there it is month to month with no end date. Three months is one full pass through the framework. We assess, prioritize what matters, execute the plan, and measure whether it moved.
What happens after I apply?
1.
You submit the application, which takes about ten minutes.
2.
We review it as a staff within two business days.
3.
If it is a fit, and we accept, we schedule a conversation with you and the coaching team either at the studio, on the phone, or over a Zoom call.
4.
We offer the membership seat, and once you accept we book your baseline assessments.
What if all 20 seats are taken?
You go on the waitlist in the order you applied, and we will tell you honestly where you sit. In the meantime we will recommend the Velocity program that gets you moving now.
Where is the studio?

Still Have A Question?
Ask it on the application. We read every one, and we answer before we ever ask you for a decision. The application is at the bottom of the Method page.
