We are happy to have Lee Barber as our in house Golf Fitness Specialist! Lee doesn't just train athletes, he re-engineers peak performance! His 221-point Player Performance Assessment strips away the "maybe" and delivers concrete performance gains.


There is no need for guessing; just evaluation, developing a plan for improvement and execution on all ends. His data-driven approach transforms deficiencies into dominance!


Lee has years of experience coaching amateur and professional athletes, including athletes from PGA, LPGA, MLB, Nascar, College Golf, College Baseball, High School Sports and Youth Sports.


-Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science

-Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Level 3 Fitness Specialist and Level 2 Junior Development Coach.

-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)


Lee is the perfect intermediary between golf instructor and your on-course performance! He will determine what you can and can't do physically, how that correlates to what your instructor sees, and prescribing the correct training to improve your abilities!

A 221-point comprehensive physical evaluation that covers four categories.

  2. Physiology
  3. Power & Speed
  4. Strength


Results in each section are on a point system for proficiency and overall outcome. This makes it easy to show you how each section compares to your overall outcome, and determines what categories need the most attention FIRST.


It leaves no stone unturned from a training/programming aspect. It also allows us to create a clear and concise plan for improvement.

Have everything programmed from everyday exercises, golf warmups, and targeted exercise sessions through our TPI Fitness specialist training app.

What to expect:

3 months to complete sessions. Get educated on how to prepare yourself for activities, understand your movement pattern efficiencies and deficiencies and come away with solutions to improve. 


Lean how to take control of your training days, which includes understanding how to correctly recover.


Get educated on your specific movement tendencies and how to get the maximum performance out of them.
